Position Overview

highly experienced, data-driven, performance-focused Digital Marketing Manager

You will be expected to lead 360° digital strategy and execution across the funnel — from awareness to acquisition to revenue — while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

🧭 Strategic Leadership
  • Define and implement data-backed digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Plan and manage growth metrics: downloads, CAC, MRR, ROAS, funnel conversions, retention
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, Design, Tech & Founder for execution alignment
📱 Mobile App Marketing & ASO
  • Drive Android & iOS installs through paid, organic, influencer, and community channels
  • Full ASO ownership — keywords, creatives, A/B testing, reviews, and deep linking
  • Use tools like Firebase, Appsflyer, App Radar, MobileAction, and Mixpanel
📈 Performance & Paid Marketing
  • Manage campaigns across

    Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, X (Twitter), OTT/CTV

    , and programmatic platforms
  • Set up remarketing, lookalike, custom audience funnels using AI-enhanced targeting and automation
  • Strong experience in

    Performance Marketing and Affiliate Marketing

    to drive subscription sales (Premium & Professional Plans) via ad networks, influencers, affiliate publishers, and creator monetization programs
  • Use tools like Revealbot, AdCreative.ai, Funnel.io, and Smartly.io for optimization and dynamic creative execution
💸 Affiliate & Partner-Led Growth
  • Build and scale

    affiliate marketing strategies

    with creators, influencers, affiliate marketplaces, and partner agencies
  • Track, optimize, and scale partner performance to increase conversions and reach
  • Work with third-party tools, UTMs, referral tracking systems, and affiliate dashboards to manage commission-based outcomes
📰 Blog Monetization & SEO
  • Scale HitFame’s News & Blog Page

    as a monetization engine through programmatic ads, affiliate links, sponsored content, and high-ranking SEO content
  • Plan content calendar and work with writers, editors, and AI tools (Jasper, ChatGPT, SurferSEO) for SEO-driven articles
  • Build traffic funnels via search, social sharing, and cross-platform distribution
📣 Social Media & Community
  • Build HitFame’s digital brand across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and Snapchat
  • Create & schedule content, reels, campaigns using Hootsuite, Buffer, SocialBee, Canva, Jasper
  • Partner with influencers and creators to expand brand voice and visibility
💼 Lead Generation & CRM
  • Run B2B and B2C lead-gen campaigns for

    artist bookings, casting leads, and premium plan conversions

  • Design CRM funnels and email workflows using

    HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, MoEngage, Mailchimp

  • Integrate WhatsApp, SMS, and push notification tools for high-intent nurturing
🔍 SEO/SEM & Web Optimization
  • On-page/off-page SEO, SERP ranking, schema, site speed audits, and keyword strategy
  • SEM campaign planning with PPC optimization, ad copies, A/B testing landing pages
  • Use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and SurferSEO
📊 Analytics, Automation & Reporting
  • Track CAC, ROAS, DAU/MAU, bounce rate, funnel drop-offs using

    GA4, Appsflyer, Hotjar, Power BI, Supermetrics

  • Automate data pipelines and workflows using

    Zapier, Kissmetrics, Meta & Google API integrations

🌐 Marketplace & Subscription Campaigns
  • Own digital campaigns for selling

    HitFame Premium & Professional plans

  • Set up retargeting, cross-selling, subscription upgrades, and gamified user journeys
  • Drive AOV, conversion rate, and customer retention across app and web stores
🛡️ Reputation Management & Loyalty
  • ORM through Google Alerts, Social Listening, and Review Management Tools
  • Protect and build brand sentiment through community response and digital PR
  • Drive loyalty programs, creator community activations, and referral engines

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–15 years of digital marketing experience in

    mobile apps, creator platforms, D2C, influencer tech, or entertainment-tech companies

  • Deep expertise in

    performance marketing, affiliate marketing, ASO, SEO/SEM, CRM, paid media, influencer growth, and blog monetization

  • Hands-on experience with

    Meta, Google Ads, Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Programmatic platforms, Affiliate networks, and CRM tools

  • Proven track record in driving

    app downloads, subscription sales, and revenue growth through paid, organic, and partner-led campaigns

  • Leadership experience managing budgets (₹10L+ monthly), leading cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with automation tools & AI integrations
