Role: Group Marketing Manager

We're hiring a Group Marketing Manager to lead brand, acquisition, and engagement efforts across LinkCxO, ExoTalent, and LeadersEdge—with a major focus on B2C growth for LinkCxO.

Key Responsibilities

- Go-To-Market Strategy

* Craft scalable GTM plans for LinkCxO’s B2C growth

* Roll out impactful launches and community campaigns

- Customer Acquisition (B2C)

* Own performance marketing across LinkedIn, Meta, Google

* Explore influencer & partnership-led funnels

* Build CXO-focussed marketing funnels and landing journeys

- Retention & Engagement

* Design user journeys for repeat usage & stickiness

* Drive email/SMS/push marketing, community loops, and feedback systems

* Build retention strategies using insights, gamification, and personalization

- Brand & Positioning

* Shape the brand identity of LinkCxO and amplify LeadersEdge/ExoTalent presence

* Create marketing narratives, brand stories, and visual assets

* Ensure consistency across platforms (content, design, communication)

- Analytics & Optimization

* Track acquisition/retention funnels and iterate on key levers

* Set up dashboards for performance tracking across campaigns and touchpoints

Ideal Profile

* 5–8 years of hands-on marketing experience in B2C tech/product or platform companies

* Proficient in digital marketing, campaign execution, and funnel analytics

* Strong copy, positioning, and communication skills

* Previous exposure to leadership communities, executive hiring, or talent-tech is a plus

* Full-time MBA (preferred from a Tier-1 institute)
