The role will combine financial planning, strategic project management, and operational excellence to ensure business growth and efficiency. This position will have direct experience and exposure to customers in US, Canada, and other global markets.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Financial Planning & Strategic Projects

  • Prepare, manage, and track yearly/monthly sales and expense budgets to optimize working capital and profitability.
  • Generate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights.
  • Lead and support strategic and product development projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Develop project reports, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely project completion within budget.
  • Identify risk areas, bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.
  • Oversee resource planning for smooth office operations.
  • Support event planning, including trade shows, conferences, and internal team meetings.

Administrative & Financial Operations

  • Manage

    Accounts Receivable & Payable

    to reduce DSOs, ensure timely vendor payments, and maintain optimized working capital.
  • Supervise the filing, storage, and retrieval of financial and corporate records.
  • Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, including policy announcements, newsletters, and customer/vendor updates.
  • Ensure team, vendors, and customers are aligned with strategic goals.
  • Address customer/vendor queries and resolve escalations effectively.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal laws.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CA, CPA, CFA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning, preferably in global or multinational environments.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and project management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, and financial tools.
