Global Finance Manager

As a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis, your role at Appex Innovations will involve a wide range of responsibilities to support the company's financial operations and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting to provide insights into the company's financial performance. - Develop strategic business plans by analyzing the company's status and financial forecasts. - Supervise the operations and growth of revenue departments, which includes policy creation, budgeting, recruitment, training, and regular financial procedure assessments. - Manage the financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. - Efficiently handle accounting operations in the US, Canada, and India. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. - 8+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis. - Proficiency in synthesizing large quantities of complex data into actionable information. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with senior-level business partners. - Excellent business judgment, analytical abilities, and decision-making skills. - Demonstrated expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Experience with Quickbooks & Zoho Books will be advantageous.
