Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager, Operations based at our Delhi location. The General Manager, Operations will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient business processes, and drive team performance. The role involves managing customer service, leading operational strategies, overseeing budgeting, and ensuring organizational goals are met. The manager will also play a key role in streamlining operations while fostering a collaborative team environment to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams across all subsidiaries to achieve organizational goals.

• Provide strategic direction and ensure effective decision-making aligned with company vision.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.

• Develop and implement risk management frameworks to safeguard organizational interests.

• Ensure adherence to compliance requirements across subsidiaries and business units.

• Drive operational excellence through process improvements and performance monitoring.

• Collaborate with the Board of Directors and senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Mentor and develop leadership talent within the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA from a recognized institution (mandatory).
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, compliance, and risk management. 5 years of experience as general manager.
• Proven track record of managing teams and subsidiaries in complex organizational structures.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and corporate governance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or related industries will be an added advantage.
