๐Ÿ“ข We're Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: PEERAGARHI Industry: , Manufacturing, EV, & solar Type: Full-Time | Executive Leadership Experience: 15+ years | Listed Company Background Preferred We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. This is a strategic position responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, compliance, and corporate governance in a SEBI-regulated, BSE/NSE-listed environment . Key Responsibilities: ๐Ÿ”น Financial Reporting Prepare and present accurate financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow. Ensure timely and compliant disclosures to stakeholders and stock exchanges under SEBI (LODR) regulations. ๐Ÿ”น Regulatory Compliance Ensure adherence to the Companies Act, 2013 , SEBI guidelines , and IND AS standards. Stay updated with evolving financial and tax regulations applicable to listed entities. ๐Ÿ”น Audit Oversight Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits. Liaise with auditors and ensure transparent and timely audit closures. ๐Ÿ”น Tax Planning & Advisory Handle direct and indirect tax matters, including filing returns, planning, and responding to regulatory notices. Optimize tax strategy and ensure full compliance with GST and Income Tax laws. ๐Ÿ”น Financial Analysis & Business Reporting Provide financial insights, variance analysis, and decision-making support to the board and CEO. ๐Ÿ”น Budgeting & Forecasting Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning. ๐Ÿ”น Internal Controls & Risk Management Design and implement robust internal controls and risk mitigation processes. Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data. ๐Ÿ”น Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Operations, Legal, Secretarial, and Business Heads to align financial strategy with overall business objectives.
