Job Description

The candidate will be based at the Corporate office of a reputed pharmaceutical Company in Pune as Head of Finance, and he will be responsible for handling the following:

The Head of Finance will provide strategic leadership in managing financial performance, compliance, and growth initiatives.

Candidate should have good experience in Financial of Accounts around 500 Cr ,Banking and Finance, MIS Budgeting, Cash Flow & Fund Flow, All statutory compliance, Legal and company secretary matters.

Candidate will be responsible for financial planning, statutory compliance, debt and treasury management, ERP/SAP integration, and multi-company accounting.

Candidate will be responsible for monitoring, preparation, and maintenance of P&L and balance sheet; also ensure timely submission of financial statements, audits, and statutory records.

Candidate will be responsible for finalizing accounts and ensuring compliance with Income Tax, ROC, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements, also liaising with various government representatives such as Income Tax, GST, ROC, and RBI authorities.

Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external auditors and managing cash flow, working capital, banking, and debt restructuring to optimize costs.

Candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day finance operations, debtor management, and ERP/SAP-driven reporting; also project finance management.

Candidate will be responsible for providing accurate MIS and financial insights to management and partnering with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives including expansion projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Qualified CA with 06 to 15 years of progressive finance experience, with at last 3-5 years as CFO / VP/AVP Finance & Accounts preferably in pharma company having business more than 500 cr.Candidate should have strong experience in corporate, sales & manufacturing finance, taxation, and compliance; ERP/SAP exposure essential.Candidate should have strong leadership and team management capabilities, also strategic financial acumen with analytical mind-set.Candidate should have ability to manage compliance and regulatory frameworks; also excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
