General Manager Operations

Role Overview: As the General Manager of Operations for a newly opened 4-star resort in Igatpuri, your main responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments. You will be in charge of managing operations efficiency, maintaining high standards of customer service, supervising and motivating team members, creating and managing budgets, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction while upholding quality benchmarks. Collaboration with senior management to achieve business goals and implementing strategies for profitability and operational excellence will also be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the 4-star resort to ensure seamless management of all departments - Manage operations efficiency and maintain high standards of customer service - Supervise and motivate team members to perform effectively - Create and adhere to budgets, ensuring financial plans are managed efficiently - Ensure overall guest satisfaction while upholding quality benchmarks - Collaborate with senior management to achieve business goals - Implement strategies to drive profitability and operational excellence Qualifications Required: - Expertise in General Management and Operations Management to oversee resort activities and improve operational efficiencies - Proficiency in managing Customer Service and ensuring high-quality guest experiences - Strong skills in Team Management to lead, train, and motivate staff effectively - Experience with Budgeting, including creating and managing financial plans - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities - Proven experience in hospitality or resort management with a track record of operational success - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
