Budgeting & Resource Planning: - Prepare and manage the annual EHS operating expenses (OPEX), capital expenditure (CAPEX) budget, and manpower planning aligned with the companies strategic objectives. Continuous Improvement: - Develop and execute a company-wide annual EHS improvement plan focused on elevating safety culture, operational excellence, and sustainability. Leadership & Team Management: - Lead, mentor, and manage the EHS team, fostering a high-performance culture that emphasizes collaboration, professional growth, and employee engagement. Safety Culture & Behavioral Programs: - Champion a proactive safety culture by designing and promoting behavioral safety improvement initiatives. Drive awareness programs to instill ownership and accountability at all organizational levels. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Facilitate EHS collaboration across business units to encourage cross-learning, innovation, and collective risk reduction.
