Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jhagadia for a General Manager - Operations. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, lead cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with quality standards, and drive the achievement of strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing budgets, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The role requires strategic decision-making, mentoring team members, and working collaboratively to ensure seamless operations and organizational success.

Qualifications

• General Management and Operations Management skills, with experience in overseeing large-scale manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strong abilities in Customer Service and Team Management to lead teams effectively and build positive client relationships.
• Budgeting and financial management expertise for resource planning and cost optimization.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO, USFDA, or EXCiPACT GMP is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Proven track record in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries.
