General Manager Operations

You will collaborate with the management to set and drive operational strategy and hiring needs. You will translate the strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning. Your responsibilities will include overseeing company operations, plant capacity utilization, total supply chain, and employee productivity. You will be responsible for building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention. - Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement. - Establish policies that promote company culture and vision. - Develop departmental SOP and monitor it to ensure the improvement in department performance. - Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication. - Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics. - Responsible for expansion activities in terms of plant, building, and machinery. - Develop and manage relationships with vendors, outside consultants, agencies to provide effective external support to various departments. - Ensure effective talent management for operational effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - Engineer (Plastic Engineering preferred) with a Master's degree. - Minimum of 15 years of experience in executive leadership positions. - Leadership skills with steadfast resolve and personal integrity. - Strong grasp of data analysis and performance metrics. - Ability to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues.
