Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Office & Guest Services Concierge Manager to join our team at the Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office and guest services.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction through effective communication with guests and staff.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and loyalty.
Supervise and train front office staff to achieve exceptional performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Knowledge of front office software and systems, including reservation and check-in procedures.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
