Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Office & Guest Services Concierge Manager to join our team at the Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in front office operations and guest services.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Ensure seamless guest service delivery, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Supervise and train front office staff to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
Implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest experience.
Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
Strong knowledge of front office software and systems, such as Property Management Systems (PMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Familiarity with hotel industry standards and best practices, focusing on exceptional customer service.
