Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Office - Duty Manager to join our team at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in front office operations and management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain services.
Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
Implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and control front office budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality or service.
Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office management, preferably in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling sound decision-making under pressure.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of hotel management systems, including reservation and booking platforms.
Familiarity with health and safety protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
