Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Franchise Network Development: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed franchise acquisition targets across assigned territories. Identify, prospect, and qualify potential franchise partners (individuals and entities) through various channels including databases, networking, referrals, and industry events. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and presentation to negotiation, closure, and signing of franchise agreements. 2. Sales Target Achievement: Own and be accountable for ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for franchise sign-ups and market expansion. Develop a robust pipeline of prospective franchisees and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. 3. Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify viable territories, understand competitor activity, and pinpoint new opportunities for franchise expansion. Provide strategic feedback to leadership on market trends, potential challenges, and recommendations for growth. 4. Relationship Building & Representation: Build strong, trust-based relationships with potential investors and franchise partners. Act as a brand ambassador for Senso EV, effectively communicating our business model, values, and the competitive advantages of our franchise opportunity. Represent Senso EV at industry expos, franchise fairs, and investor meets. 5. Collaboration & Handover: Work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless handover of new franchise partners for onboarding, training, and launch support. Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage lead-generation campaigns and promotional materials. Qualifications and Experience: Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, franchise sales, channel development, or real estate investment sales. Experience in the automotive, EV, or two-wheeler industry is a significant advantage. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Skills: Master Closer: Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills. Communicator: Outstanding presentation and verbal and written communication skills. Networker: A strong existing network of potential investors or business owners is highly desirable. Driver: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
