Role Overview: As a Franchise Sales Manager at Mindtel, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve franchise growth targets. You will identify and engage potential franchise partners through various lead-generation tactics, conduct market research to identify new opportunities for expansion in the Edtech sector, and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing franchise agreements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing franchises, providing comprehensive training and support, and evaluating franchise performance will also be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and analyze sales data to track performance. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in franchise sales or business development in Edtech or similar sectors. - Exceptional understanding of sales strategies and franchise development processes. - Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of success. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze market trends and formulate effective strategies. - Experience in leading and conducting training sessions for franchise partners. - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Willingness to travel for franchise meetings and events as required. - High level of self-motivation and initiative. - Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Passion for education and a commitment to enhancing the learning experience. - Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
