Role Overview: As a Franchise Sales Manager at Grace and Glamour Salon, you will play a crucial role in driving the expansion of the salon brand from 8 to 100 chains in the next 3 years. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the franchise sales cycle, from generating qualified leads to negotiating agreements and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new franchisees. This high-impact role requires a strategic thinker, a skilled closer, and a passionate ambassador for the Grace and Glamour brand. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify and target potential franchise prospects through various channels such as databases, trade shows, networking, and digital marketing leads. - Sales Process Management: Manage the entire franchise sales pipeline, conducting compelling presentations and discovery calls to effectively communicate the Grace and Glamour brand story, business model, and financial opportunities. - Qualification & Validation: Thoroughly assess potential franchisees for financial capability, business acumen, cultural fit, and alignment with the brand values. - Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD): Guide candidates through the FDD review process to ensure transparency and understanding. - Closing & Agreement: Negotiate terms and close franchise agreements, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. - Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to develop sales collateral and lead-generation campaigns, and collaborate with operations and training teams for seamless onboarding of new franchisees. - Market Analysis: Provide insights on potential markets for expansion and contribute to the franchise development strategy. - Industry Presence: Represent Grace and Glamour at franchise expos, trade shows, and industry events. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in franchise sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Previous work experience in senior management, business development, or training within a recognized salon brand is required. Direct experience with Tony & Guy and/or Looks Geetanjali Cut and Style is highly preferred. - Deep understanding of the salon and beauty industry's operational, financial, and competitive landscape. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with financial acumen. - Self-starter with a results-driven attitude and proficiency with CRM software.
