Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the Distributor/Franchise Partner: 1. Network Development & Management: Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish and grow the Senso EV presence throughout the exclusive territory. Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified sub-dealers or retail franchisees to create a comprehensive sales network. Manage and support the network to ensure their success and profitability. 2. Sales & Business Growth: Drive the achievement of ambitious sales targets for both vehicle sales and network expansion (sub-dealer/franchise acquisition). Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to maximize market share and revenue generation. 3. Market Leadership & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer demographics, and analyze competitor activity. Adapt and localize national marketing strategies to effectively resonate with the regional audience. 4. Brand stewardship & Compliance: Serve as the primary ambassador for the Senso EV brand within the territory. Ensure all operations, from marketing to customer service, strictly adhere to Senso EV’s brand standards, policies, and operational guidelines. Maintain high-quality showrooms and customer touchpoints that reflect the premium nature of our brand. 5. Training & Support: Oversee the training of your team and sub-dealers on product knowledge, sales processes, and brand values. Provide ongoing operational and marketing support to your network to ensure a consistent and excellent customer experience. 6. Inventory & Logistics Management: Manage regional inventory levels to meet market demand efficiently. Oversee logistics and supply chain within the territory to ensure timely delivery to sub-dealers and customers. A valid business license and compliance with all state-specific regulatory requirements.
