Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Mumbai Location: Mumbai Experience: 5+ Years Salary: Up to ₹1,50,000/month + Variable Pay + Mobile + Conveyance Working Days: Monday to Saturday Joining: Immediate About the Role: We are hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our Mumbai branch. The role involves managing a sales & technical team, driving profitability, and selling cutting-edge data security and backup solutions to corporate customers in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Mumbai branch with full sales ownership. Build & mentor a strong sales and technical team. Acquire and close deals in SMB & Enterprise segments. Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, customers, and internal teams. Required Experience & Skills: Minimum 5 years of selling cybersecurity or backup solutions to corporate customers in Mumbai. Strong knowledge of IT Security & Backup technologies (Endpoint, Network, DLP, NGFW, Backup, MDM, etc.). Team management experience of at least 3 years.
