Job Title: Franchise Sales Executive Location: Dwarka sector 7 Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Franchise Sales Manager / Director of Sales Job Summary: The Franchise Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, attracting, and closing new franchisees for the company. This role involves lead generation, relationship management, and sales strategy execution to expand the franchise network. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential franchise candidates. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified franchise prospects. Sales & Business Development: Present the franchise opportunity to prospective investors. Conduct initial meetings, presentations, and discovery sessions. Guide prospects through the franchise sales process, including legal and financial considerations. Negotiate and close franchise agreements. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential franchisees. Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise inquiries. Support new franchisees through onboarding and initial setup. Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends and competitor activities. Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns. Contribute to the overall franchise growth strategy. Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospects in CRM. Ensure compliance with franchise regulations and company policies. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a similar role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with franchise regulations and business models (preferred). Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
