Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Executive based in Patna. The Franchise Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective franchisees, conducting outreach and presentations, and managing franchise development. The role includes negotiating contracts, guiding franchisees through the onboarding process, and maintaining strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure mutual success. Providing market analysis and collaborating on strategies to expand Chicka Litti’s QSR footprint will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Experience in franchise development, business development, or related fields preferred
• Proficient in market analysis and strategy planning
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Patna and willingness to travel as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with the food and beverage or QSR industry is a plus
