Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Executive based in New Delhi, India. The Franchise Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting Goldy’s franchise opportunities. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, managing sales pipelines, preparing business proposals, and engaging in negotiations with prospective clients. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of franchise agreements. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in building and maintaining client relationships Expertise in market research, strategic planning, and business proposal development Ability to communicate effectively and engage potential franchise partners Proficiency in organizational and time management skills for managing sales pipelines Experience in the food and beverage industry or franchise sales is an advantage Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced on-site environment Goldy's FnB Solutions is hiring talented Sales Managers / Sales Executives across major cities within India for Franchise Sales for their Cafe, Bakery, Griller, and Bistro outlets.
