Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at The Golkonda Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in managing food and beverage operations.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee daily food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Supervise staff to maintain excellent customer service and hygiene practices.
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor sales trends and adjust menu offerings accordingly.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management within a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage staff effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
