We are looking for a mature, hands-on Restaurant Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead operations and front-of-house at Trevizo. Key Responsibilities: Complete ownership of daily restaurant operations Lead, train, and discipline FOH team Maintain service, grooming, and hospitality standards Coordinate closely with Head Chef & owners Inventory control, vendor coordination & basic reporting Handle guest feedback and escalations professionally Requirements: 10+ years experience in a reputed restaurant / hotel Strong leadership with hands-on attitude (not desk-only) Calm, firm, and process-driven Prior experience in fine-dining or premium casual preferred
