Food and Beverage Manager

A Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager oversees all aspects of food and drink services in hospitality venues like hotels, restaurants, and resorts, managing operations, staff, finances, menus, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while controlling costs, from ordering supplies and controlling inventory to training staff and handling guest issues, making them vital for smooth, profitable service. Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Directing daily service, managing busy periods, ensuring quality and presentation, controlling inventory, and adhering to health/safety standards (HACCP).
• Staff Management: Recruiting, training, scheduling, motivating, and evaluating F&B teams (chefs, servers, bartenders).
• Financial Management: Monitoring revenues, controlling expenses, managing budgets, and negotiating with suppliers.
• Menu & Product: Developing menus, planning catering, ensuring quality of food and beverages, and managing stock.
• Customer Service: Ensuring guest satisfaction, handling complaints, and maintaining high service standards.
