About The Opportunity

• Oversee day-to-day fleet operations, ensuring optimal routing, scheduling, and cost efficiency.
• Manage maintenance schedules, track vehicle performance, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Utilize fleet management software to monitor asset performance and streamline logistics processes.
• Coordinate with drivers, service providers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in fleet efficiency.
• Maintain strict compliance with local transportation regulations and company policies on an on-site basis.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Proven experience in fleet management within a transportation or logistics environment.
• Must-Have: Strong operational and scheduling skills with expertise in fleet management software.
• Must-Have: In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in India.
• Preferred: Prior experience in managing on-site operations and coordinating multi-vehicle fleets.
• Preferred: Ability to drive cost optimization strategies and operational enhancements.
