Role Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through various channels to promote and sell Prepleaf's products and services. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their educational experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation. Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software. Provide feedback to the product development team on customer preferences and market trends. Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and industry trends. Assist in organizing promotional events and webinars to increase brand awareness. Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to management. Continuously develop product knowledge to effectively address customer queries. Stay informed about competitor products and industry developments. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sales Associate or in a similar sales role. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Effective time management and organizational skills. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-oriented approach. A passion for education and improving learning experiences. Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies is a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and client engagements. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Commitment to continuous improvement and personal development.
