Role Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels. Engage with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and social media. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships. Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Provide feedback to senior management on sales trends and customer preferences. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales skills. Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals. Prepare and deliver sales reports as required. Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to suggest new ideas. Qualifications Recent graduate or equivalent experience in sales or business-related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service. Proficient in using digital tools and platforms. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Self-motivated with a strong drive for results. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new initiatives. Team player with a positive attitude. Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges. Creative problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Flexibility to work varying hours as required by the business. Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
