Job Title: Business Development Associate Work Mode: Remote Location: India Role Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends. Develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve company objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track sales processes. Generate new business opportunities through inbound marketing and other sources. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients. Engage in effective negotiations to close deals successfully. Analyze data to refine sales strategies and report on performance metrics. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote Prepleaf. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials. Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to assist product development. Maintain a customer-focused approach to support client satisfaction. Track sales targets and adjust strategies to meet or exceed goals. Prepare sales reports to share insights and forecasts with management. Continuously stay updated with industry developments and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a remote environment. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while being a team player. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Flexibility to adapt strategies based on current trends and insights. High level of motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in lead generation through various channels. Knowledge of the education technology sector is an advantage. Willingness to travel occasionally if needed. Strong customer-focused approach with a problem-solving attitude. Passion for personal development and continuous learning.
