Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth through effective communication and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.

· Pitch products/services to prospective clients and explain value propositions.

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

· Work with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and customized solutions.

· Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

· Maintain an updated CRM with client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.

· Stay updated with industry trends and competitors’ activities.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

· Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
