The role involves promoting the company’s products and services through digital channels, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and enhancing customer engagement. The candidate should be creative, analytical, and well-versed with the latest digital marketing trends and tools. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, Email, Content, Paid Ads). Manage social media channels to drive engagement and followers. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve search rankings (SEO). Plan and execute paid campaigns. Create, manage, and distribute engaging content (blogs, infographics, videos, newsletters). Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot. Work with design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices. Generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement of campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media management. Hands-on knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, Canva, Mailchimp etc. Strong understanding of online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva/Photoshop). Experience in marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for website updates.
