Sales and Operations Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Executive to join our team at OHHPro Technologies. The role involves managing sales operations, invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and client coordination, ensuring seamless support to both the sales and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day sales operations.
• Prepare and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner.
• Follow up with clients for payment collection and update records accordingly.
• Maintain clear communication with the finance team for reconciliation of outstanding payments.
• Assist the sales team in client onboarding, documentation, and service delivery processes.
• Maintain up-to-date records of clients, invoices, and transaction history.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pending collections, and operational updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and statutory requirements in all billing and collection processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of billing/accounting tools (Tally/ERP preferred).
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and customer-service mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,283.42 - ₹26,976.32 per month
