The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, streamlining operations, and ensuring efficient coordination between departments to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors. Understand client requirements and present appropriate product/service solutions. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and business presentations. Track and analyse sales performance through CRM and maintain regular sales reports. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities. Operations & Coordination: Manage end-to-end operations, ensuring timely delivery of services or products.
