Job Title: Sales and Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales and Operations Executive with 14 years of proven experience in managing sales activities, client servicing, and daily operational functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, streamlining operations, and ensuring efficient coordination between departments to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Understand client requirements and present appropriate product/service solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Track and analyse sales performance through CRM and maintain regular sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.

Operations & Coordination:

  • Manage end-to-end operations, ensuring timely delivery of services or products.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (accounts, logistics, customer service, etc.) for seamless execution.
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency, ensuring client satisfaction and process compliance.
  • Handle client queries, escalations, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain MIS reports, trackers, and operational documentation for management review.

Key

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Good understanding of sales operations, order management, and client servicing.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales and operations
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing operational deliverables.

Sales & Operations Manager / Director

Compensation:

As per industry standards and experience.
