Sales and Operations Executive

As a Sales Executive at our company, your role will involve generating new leads through various channels such as calls, emails, social media, and on-ground activities. You will be pitching digital marketing and IT products to potential clients, understanding their requirements, and preparing customized proposals. Your ability to send professional emails, follow up consistently, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets will be crucial. It is important to maintain accurate client and lead details in the CRM records, coordinate effectively with internal teams, and build strong, long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new leads through calls, emails, social media, and on-ground activities. - Pitch digital marketing and IT products to potential clients. - Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals. - Send professional emails and follow-ups to maintain strong client communication. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain CRM records with accurate client and lead details. - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery. - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year experience in digital product or IT product sales. - Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali. - Experience in digital marketing services, email communication, and proposal writing. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. - Ability to understand and explain digital/IT solutions clearly. - Basic knowledge of CRM tools preferred.,
