Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads for digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Pitch company services to potential clients and convert leads into customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain proper records of calls, meetings, and client interactions in CRM/software.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in

  Digital Marketing

  to provide better consultation to clients.
• Attend meetings, events, and client visits whenever required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum

  6 months – 2 years of experience

  in sales (digital marketing/IT sales preferred).
• Excellent communication & presentation skills in

  English, Hindi, and Bengali

  .
• Ability to understand client requirements and offer appropriate digital marketing solutions.
• Strong negotiation & persuasion skills with a result-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Freshers with excellent communication and strong interest in sales may also apply.
