Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate properties.
• Generate and manage leads through online/offline marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
• Handle client inquiries and schedule property visits.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or real estate (freshers may also apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media promotion.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
