The candidate must bring strong jewellery expertise, excellent team management skills, and proven experience in multi-store operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations of multiple VR Venture jewellery showrooms (Delhi, Noida & Jaipur). Drive sales growth and ensure each showroom achieves business targets. Monitor inventory, stock movement, and merchandising standards across stores. Conduct regular audits to ensure SOPs, compliance, and showroom discipline. Develop and implement operational strategies for efficiency and profitability. Train, guide, and motivate showroom managers and sales teams. Ensure premium customer service aligned with VR Venture brand standards. Study market trends and competitor activities to strategize business growth. Coordinate with management for marketing campaigns, promotions, and launches. Candidate Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in the jewellery industry (mandatory). At least 2 years of experience as an Area Operation Manager or in a multi-store leadership role. In-depth knowledge of Polki, Kundan, Jadau, Diamonds, and Precious Gemstones . Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel frequently across Delhi, Noida, and Jaipur . Qualifications Graduate in Business Administration / Retail Management or equivalent. Jewellery-specific certifications preferred.
