Job Description

As a Sales and Operations Executive at Magma Consultancy in Mumbai, your role involves managing and optimizing sales operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team. Your daily tasks will include analyzing sales data, developing and executing sales strategies, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead-generation strategies. - Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity. Operations responsibilities include: - Generating sales and operations reports for management review. - Analyzing sales data to improve forecasting and planning. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in sales and/or operations (industry-specific experience is a plus). - Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
