Job Summary:
Ohhpro Technologies is hiring a proactive Operations Executive to manage client onboarding, app setup, on-site support, and smooth service delivery for residential societies. The role includes live demonstrations, troubleshooting, data collection, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-site client onboarding and app installation
• Provide live demos and first-level troubleshooting
• Support residents and facility teams with app usage
• Collect data and user feedback for improvement
• Maintain visit logs, reports, and ensure customer billing & payments

Requirements:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
