Operation Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operation Executive to support data management and reporting processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, preparing reports, and ensuring efficient use of MIS tools to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Collect and consolidate data from various departments for analysis and reporting.
• Automate reports to minimize manual work and improve efficiency.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reported data.
• Generate performance, sales, and operational reports as required by management.
• Assist in creating presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve MIS tools and processes.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.
• Maintaining of the stock as per future requirement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS or data analysis roles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Excel, Word
• Tally ERP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
