This is a desk-based role focused on handling customer inquiries, converting leads into orders, and supporting business development operations—all from our office. No field travel is required. Key Responsibilities: Handle Outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Follow up with leads and convert them into sales. Maintain customer databases using CRM tools. Prepare and share quotations, invoices, and product information. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth work. Build strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support. Qualifications: 12th or Bachelor's degree Min 6 months of experience in tele-sales, office sales, or B2B sales support. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Highly organized and self-driven.
