Job Title: Operations Executive

Fresher & Graduate Both can apply

Qualification : Any Graduate

6 days working(Mon-Sat)

Location :- Indirapuram, Ghaziabad

Own bike mandatory

Interview :- First online final F2F

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operational tasks and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Maintain and update operational data using Excel (MIS reports, trackers, logs, dashboards).
Use Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Pivot Chart, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and basic macros to analyze and present data.
Managing logistics, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Taking care of inventory and supply chain tasks.
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with a problem-solving mindset.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure efficiency.

Requirements:

Male candidate with a bike (mandatory)
Strong communication skills and a smart personality
Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Self-motivated with a strong learning attitude
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach
