Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

In OhhPro are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to understand customer needs while presenting the company’s product/service effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
  • Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online sales platforms.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
