Job Title: Senior Inside Sales Location: Remote (India) Role Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and social media. Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and emerging trends. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized communication. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and forecast future sales. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with customers to close sales effectively. Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance product offerings based on customer insights. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients. Analyze sales data and reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. Participate in industry conferences and networking events to promote company offerings. Work closely with customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues swiftly. Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Mentor and guide junior sales representatives in best practices and sales techniques. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and remotely while staying motivated. Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Experience in the technology or education sector preferred. Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events as needed. Adaptable and open to learning new sales techniques and technology. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
