Fleet Manager

• Oversee acquisition, leasing, or disposal of fleet vehicles.
• Maintain a database of vehicle specifications, usage, and performance.
• • Schedule and track regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance regulations (local and national).
• Monitor fuel consumption and identify ways to reduce costs.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors for fuel, parts, or maintenance.
• Analyze fleet expenses and generate cost-efficiency reports.
• Develop and manage the fleet budget.
• Assign vehicles and drivers to routes and jobs efficiently.
• Use fleet management software to track vehicle locations and schedules.
• Optimize routes to increase efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.
• Maintain all necessary documentation for licensing, insurance, and inspections.
• Investigate accidents and coordinate repairs and insurance claims.
• Recruit, train, and supervise drivers and mechanics.
• Evaluate driver performance and enforce company policies.
• Develop schedules and resolve driver-related issues.
• Generate reports on fuel usage, mileage, maintenance costs, and vehicle performance.
• Use GPS tracking to monitor fleet activity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
