Job Title: Fleet Manager (2 Positions)

Job Summary

We are seeking two dedicated and experienced Fleet Managers to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our fleet. The role involves ensuring vehicle readiness, smooth transport operations, and prompt response to emergency requirements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to handle both day and night shifts as per operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling and route planning.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, discipline, and vehicle allocation.
• Ensure timely vehicle maintenance, servicing, repairs, and breakdown support.
• Maintain accurate records such as trip sheets, fuel consumption, vehicle logs, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and external vendors to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Handle urgent travel requirements and remain available for emergency operational calls.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, transport regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and share daily and weekly fleet performance reports with management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, transport operations, or a similar role.
• Preference will be given to candidates from the roadways/transport/logistics sector.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts as per company requirements.
• Ready to travel for emergency operations or breakdown handling.
• Strong communication, coordination, and people-management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, WhatsApp, and Email.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance, routes, and local geography of Raipur and nearby areas.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage unexpected operational challenges efficiently.
