Job Description
Position: Back Office cum Field Executive – Cash Van & Fleet Management
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month
Location: Kolkata

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Back Office cum Field Executive to manage Cash Van Operations and Fleet Management. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle operations, handling drivers, maintaining documentation, and managing customer and fuel vendor coordination (IOCL & BPCL).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cash van operations and day-to-day fleet management activities.
• Coordinate with IOCL and BPCL for fuel-related operations and records.
• Maintain and update all vehicle and driver-related documents (RC, insurance, permits, licenses, etc.).
• Monitor and track vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and overall vehicle performance.
• Handle drivers, including duty allocation, discipline, and operational coordination.
• Perform back-office tasks such as reporting, data entry, record maintenance, and compliance tracking.
• Conduct field visits as required to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety norms, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in cash van operations, fleet management, or logistics.
• Knowledge of fuel management systems, preferably with IOCL and BPCL.
• Strong understanding of vehicle operations, mileage tracking, and driver management.
• Ability to handle both back-office and field responsibilities efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills to manage drivers and customers.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reports, documentation).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
