**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Fleet Manager at Tata 1mg, you will be responsible for managing the Last Mile Delivery Operations in the Pharmacy Supply Chain team based in Gurgaon. You will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence and driving strategic initiatives to deliver high impact results. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Rider Recruitment and Onboarding:** Identify and recruit talented riders who align with the organization's specific requirements and culture.
