Roles and Responsibilities Recruit, train, and lead Field Recruiter Coaches to enhance rider sourcing & performance. Monitor and optimize rider efficiency, delivery times, and order completion rates. Design rider delivery rates and incentives for commercial efficiency and competitive engagement. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards. Analyze delivery data and implement strategies to improve operational performance. Address customer complaints and drive continuous improvement in service quality. Develop strategic partnerships to expand the rider network and optimize costs. Generate reports on KPIs, fleet utilization and performance, and business growth. Onboard, foster & grow clients for areas under management purview. Required Skills: 5+ years experience in fleet/logistics management. Strong leadership, data analysis, and problem-solving skills. Experience in quick commerce or last-mile delivery is Mandatory Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
